Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We've got answers. If you don't see what you're looking for, contact us.

How do auctions work?

Our auctions run online and close every Monday at 2pm MT. You can browse lots, place bids, and track your activity from anywhere. We use proxy bidding, so you set your max bid and we bid on your behalf up to that amount.

What is soft-close?

Soft-close protection prevents last-second sniping. If a bid is placed in the final minutes before closing, the auction extends to give all bidders a fair chance to respond. This continues until no new bids come in during the extension period.

How do I pay for my wins?

After you win, you'll receive an invoice via email. Payment is due within 3 days. We accept credit cards and other payment methods through our secure checkout.

What is the buyer's premium?

A 15% buyer's premium is added to the hammer price of each lot. This is standard practice in the auction industry and helps cover operational costs.

Can I preview lots before bidding?

Yes! You can preview lots in person at our Burley, ID warehouse during business hours. Lot descriptions and photos are also available online for each auction.

What if I can't pick up my lots?

Most lots can be shipped anywhere in the continental US. Shipping costs are calculated based on size and destination. If you need local pickup but can't make our hours, contact us to arrange an alternative time.

Are there any items you don't sell?

We sell liquidation merchandise from major retailers—electronics, furniture, tools, home goods, and more. We do not sell vehicles, real estate, firearms, or hazardous materials.

What happens if I don't pick up my lots?

Lots must be picked up within 7 days of auction close. Failure to pick up may result in forfeiture of lots and account restrictions. Please contact us if you need an extension.
