1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DutchGoat Auction ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use our Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To participate in auctions, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Bidding and Purchases

All bids are binding offers to purchase. By placing a bid, you agree to:

• Pay the hammer price plus the 15% buyer's premium and applicable taxes
• Complete payment within 3 business days of invoice issuance
• Pick up or arrange shipping for lots within 7 days of auction close
• Accept lots "as-is" without warranty unless otherwise specified

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to pay for or pick up won lots may result in account restrictions, forfeiture of lots, and additional fees. Repeated no-shows may lead to permanent account suspension.

6. Lot Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe lots accurately. However, lots are sold "as-is" and we do not guarantee condition, functionality, or completeness. We recommend previewing lots in person when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

DutchGoat Auction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or purchase of lots. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific lot in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
